Deleting your account and data

At Stan Group, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. If you wish to delete your account or exercise your personal data rights, here are the steps to follow.

Steps to request deletion of your account

  1. Send a Request:
    Please send an email to the following address: rgpd@stangroup.fr
    • Clearly state your request for account deletion in the subject line.
    • Include the following information in your email to enable us to identify you:
      • First and last name
      • E-mail address used to create your account
      • Any other relevant information related to your account.

  2. Confirmation of your identity:
    To ensure the security of your data, we may ask you to provide additional information to verify your identity.

  3. Processing Your Request:
    Once your identity has been confirmed, we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.

 

Data Deleted and Retained

Deleted Data:

All personal data associated with your account will be deleted, including:

  • Your profile information.
  • Your usage and interaction history within the application.
  • Any data related to specific features of the application.


Retained Data:

Some data may be retained to meet legal obligations or protect our legitimate interests, including:

  • Billing or transactional data (mandatory retention for 10 years under French regulations).
  • Security logs and other data required to guarantee the integrity of our system.
